Video app developed for PanasonicTV - Not firing error event

Dear Sir/Mam,
We are using HTML5 video player in our app. Want to display error message when internet connection get disconnected, but the error event is not firing in panasonic tv. The same code works in other smart tvs. Kindly help us to resolve the issue. Thanks
