Why my live TV channel is playing with stuck?

Hi,

I am trying to play a live TV chanel link in default HTML5 video player. Few seconds, its playing properly but after few seconds it stuck. Please can anybody tell me, why its giving problem in STA emulator?
Please check link below what I am using for test :
