How to stream .mp3 via HTML-Audio-Tag

i have some trouble streaming mp3 via the Html audio-tag.
The code is as simple as it could be:
At the attribute \"src\" i put an url like this dummy-url: http://mp3channels.webradio.radioxy.de:80/channel01
I'm sure that the streamurl that i use works because i tried it.
If I test this code in the SmartTV SDK Emulator nothing happens.
I worry about that because the Specification tells that mp3-streaming works in SmatTV Alliance Apps.
With an local mp3-file the code works without Problems.
I would be very thankful if someone could help me out with this.
