Hi,
Toshiba compatible models should be all 2013 CloudTV lines: L4300, L7300, L7350 and L9300.

None Panasonic SmartViera models supports STA SDK 2.0 now.

Hi,
Regarding the full compatibility with LG NetCast TVs you need NC4+ model (2013). In general applications will be compatible also with NC3 models (2012), since those are at the end all web based, but not everything will be working
