hi do enybody know how instal adobe flash player, facebook or skype in to smart tv thosiba L7?????

Flash only be addedthrough firmware updating, could you try this one?.
At the above link, there is a PDF of instructions that will help you for more detail.
About facbook and skype, you should access manufacturer's websites for user's guildline.
